DOMESTIC ORDERS: We ship USPS Priority Mail which can take 2-4 business days. To ensure Christmas delivery, order early or no later than December 19th.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*: We ship with DHL "Fastest", arriving within 2-5 Days. FedEx "Fast", arriving within 5-9 Days and USPS "Standard", Arriving within 12-20 Days.

- You have 60 days to return your ToneWoodAmp in its original condition including its retail packaging*.

- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by using our customer support page. Please do not return an item without first obtaining an RMA number.

- Returns without RMA number are subject to 15% restocking fee. Scratched or damaged units may be refused or subject to additional restocking fee. Shipping fees aren’t refundable.

- PLEASE NOTE: Used additional X-Braces can’t be returned.
